CoBuild for Plans was born from a simple frustration: the gap between "we talked about the plan" and "we agreed on the plan" costs builders and tradies thousands of dollars and countless hours every year.

Plans get marked up on paper and photographed. Photos get buried in WhatsApp threads. Clients say "I never agreed to that." Tradies build from outdated versions. Disputes arise because there's no documented record of what was approved.

We built CoBuild to fix this. It's a plan annotation and collaboration tool purpose-built for construction professionals — not a repurposed PDF editor, not an enterprise project management suite. Just the tools you need to annotate a plan, share it with your client or trades, and get everyone signed off before work begins.

Our UX principle is simple: easier than a notepad. If a feature needs explaining, it's too complicated. Every interaction should be obvious and instant.
