Upload your construction plans
Drag and drop your PDF plans into CoBuild. Multi-page PDFs are fully supported — select the pages you want to work with. Your plans are stored securely and cached locally for offline access.

Annotate with purpose-built tools
Mark up your plans with stamps (custom icons for trade-specific symbols), connectors (show relationships and flow), text, shapes, freehand drawing, and measurements. The quantity table auto-tallies your annotations as you work.

Share a link with your client or trades
Generate a share link and send it to anyone. They open it in their browser — no app download, no account creation. Set permissions (view only, can comment, can edit, full access) and add instructions for the reviewer.

Review changes and sign off
When your client or tradie returns their markups, compare their changes against your original. Accept, reject, or discuss individual changes. Once you're both happy, formally sign off. Timestamped, exportable, dispute-proof.
